POC PrepPrepare. Protect. Belong.

Trust promise

Privacy & Safety Promise

Trust is the foundation of everything we build. Here is exactly how we protect you.

We are independent from schools

POC Prep does not answer to schools. Families are our primary constituency, and schools never get access to protected family or student spaces.

You control what you share

You decide what to tell us and what to keep private. School names are optional in early surveys, and you can participate confidentially or pseudonymously where appropriate.

We do not sell your data

Your information is never sold. We collect the least we need and restrict access to survey responses.

We never share identifiable stories without consent

We publish aggregate insights, not your name or your child's story — unless you give explicit, specific consent.

Student spaces are moderated

Student and alumni spaces are moderated and safety-first. We use age-conscious language, avoid open public comments, and include crisis and safety resources.

We build with expert guidance

We develop our tools and policies with legal, mental health, privacy, and community advisors.

Important limits to understand

  • Legal education is not legal representation. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship.
  • Mental health resources are not therapy or crisis services unless provided directly by a licensed partner.
  • No form of online participation can guarantee absolute anonymity. We reduce risk, but we are honest that no system is perfect.
  • We do not publish school-specific allegations at launch, and we do not share testimonials or student stories without explicit consent.
